SEO Tools extension

Is anyone using this extension? Although I used the SEO function built in to OC for the category/product SEO there's no option for making the static pages of OC URL friendly. I bought this extension and had a hard time trying to configure it so I gave up, but now I need to change the static page URLs. Does anyone know how to use this extension?
