Install Bugs on OpenCart

There are some bugs in the install process in opencart.

1. The CSS doesn't change when move onto the next step, it stays on BOLD for stage 1, when really am on stage 2 and stage 3 etc.

2. It says that .config IS WRITABLE, for catalog and admin although really it's not writable. It prompts an error saying its not writable when try to go next, but it says on the page writable.
