Multiple Coupons

Hi

I am wondering if anyone can give mne some advice. i have a company selling vouchers for me each with their individual code for discounts on my store.

I need:

1. Customer to be able to enter somewhere in the check out process that code and i will sort a generic one for the discount. That way i have cross reference their voucher with the companies list.

or

2. An easy way of uploading a list of 2000 vouchers that all give discount on the same products.

Is there anyone or module out there that can help. I am running 1.4.9.3
