Shipping Option not appearing in Checkout

I have installed and uninstalled a FedEx module. Tried to do shipping by weight and searched the forums for answers...no luck. The checkout process seems to be skipping the shipping option. Any help would be much appreciated. I have enabled the modules but when i got to checkout there is not a price or option for shipping. The cart is live. The website is http://www.jinjuchocolates.com.

If the process is skipping shipping, that means you have the product set to "Require Shipping=NO" on the product "data" tab
