import/export _x000D_ code

Morning all

I have treied to get an answer from the Import/Export peeps but no luck:

I have used import/export to import nearly 700 products. When imported every product now contains the characters _x000D_ throughout the item description. Seems to occur on line breaks but also oddly after a full stop sometimes. What ive read states that this is machine code. Must be a way of stopping this within Excel.

Anyone know what could be causing this and how to remove?

It is a carriage return or should be that isn't getting converted correctly from MS Excel (at a guess)

A quick search on Google reveals many many people are having or displaying the same code i their description, not only for OpenCart.

The developer should sort this out
