Parse time string include in backup.sql

"Parse time" string in admin panel template, include in backup.sql and breaks design.
This information is not needed in the admin panel.
Better to remove or repair a template.

this can be solved by adding conditions when the parse time to appear. hide when, backup, upload, ajax pages, etc.
