1.2.6 upload problem

when I upload a image for category , the image can display , but can't save in IE6/7(worked in FireFox) , and show this error:

Notice: Undefined index: image in e:\usr\pcking1999\wwwroot\admin\model\catalog\category.php on line 16

and the website can worked in localhost , this problem only Appeared in virtual host

update to the latest version if you can.
