I use opencart_v1.5.1, can somebody help me to add 2 or 3 more levels subcategories.

I need this to so it would be really good if someone know how to do.

I made it for second sub-category. There is error when i click on second subcategory

Hi, if you're still offering the help, I need the same thing!

I have 3 sub categories running OK, but when I try to add more sub categories (I need 5 total - 1 parent 4 subs) I get the following error message:
Notice: Undefined variable: output in /home/bigbrand/public_html/catalog/view/theme/(themename)/template/common/header.tpl on line 224

Any ideas how I tell my themes to allow more sub cat's?
