t-shirt & mug printing extention

i need an extention to be able to customize t-shirt and mgs printing

choose the colour of the t-shirt, upload photo, position it, add text , tick back printing,
customize back printing in the same manor, once client happy submit and i should receive the file and preview

same for the mug printing,

if someone is able to code this, please let me know how much would it cost and how long

The past few months I have been working on a project like this for my own needs. About another month or so and I should everything wrapped up. I plan to post a few light weight variations of it here when I am finished, but I would love to offset some of the time and money I put into it so if your still interested or if there are specific features you have in mind let me know.
