Worldpay can't get my order history updated?

I am using OpenCart 1.4.9.5, and I tried on 1.5.1.3 which is same issue:

Customer paid, and I got the worldpay proof email. but Opencart didn't show any order information in the admin first page nor 'sales report' section. it seems order simply just missing.

I do put the 'Relay Response URL' in to worldpay installation section, and tick the 'Payment Response enabled' and 'Enable the Shopper Response'.

Was anything I do wrong? please if anyone get Worldpay actually worked, help me.
