Tax mod for specific states?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a mod that will do this--> For example, Tax rates for products being shipped to (specific state), the appropriate county and state tax rates will apply. No sales tax on orders shipped outside of (specific state).

Please help! Thank you!

I thought you only paid tax if you live in the same state as the company you are purchasing from.
