Try increasing the memory limit in your php.ini file from 64M to 128M

It could be that your server does not support php.ini overrides because if you get the same error, it means your are stuck on 64M unless your host will change it for you.
If you are on a shared server, they probably will not and with that amount of products, you should really be on a vps IMHO

It certainly can be done.
I offer a free sitemap and image sitemap with my Google Merchant extension.
All of which can be split into smaller feeds.
The next update due soon will also generate a sitemap index file and thanks for putting a seed into my brain re: gzipping them.
That will help considerably for large stores

One more instead of dynamic sitemap xml...I hope we can develop offline sitemap xml........

and google will not accepts sitemap xml if it exceeds 50000 products....
I think you need to implement sitemap xml that which having collection of compressed xmls..

Which software you are using to create sitemap ? almost all online tools has limit of pages, I have created this http://www.govasool.com/sitemap.xml through gweb. How to deal with dynamic pages ?
