remove downloads link from "my orders"

in the my account area, my orders section...

i would like to remove the "my downloads" link. i have managed to remove all the other download links

maybe these should go away automatically when disabling downloads in the admin section

ok found it:

catalog/view/theme/default/template/account/account.tpl

delete/comment

<li><a href="<?php echo $download; ?>"><?php echo $text_download; ?></a></li>

I would appreciate if you could let us know how do we remove ALL the DOWNLOAD links from the account page and from every part of the theme.

I have tried to remove it but still it there with the name of "text_download".
