eBay Integration

I must be able to integrate eBay with my ecommerce site. I currently use a system that automatically relists and also synchs inventory with eBay and my site.

I see that there are a couple of OC extensions available for eBay. One of them looks like it might have the functionality I need. It is called "eBay Order Sync".

Can anyone comment on how well this works? Does it seamlessly download orders from eBay into OpenCart, remove the items from inventory, and relist to eBay if there is remaining inventory available? And, does this work with eBay Stores?
