Products that are commissioned

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but the problem I am facing is that I have a mix of products, some have a fixed price and others are commissioned products(artworks) with no fixed price.
What I want to achieve is to have the products without a price to either give the buyer an option to either e-mail for a quote or to display a phone number to call or some link to the contact page (see example in attached image)
