Hello guys,

im trying to setting up the shipping rules for my shop but im not being able to do it like i want to.

I want to set up a fix shipping cost for all areas of my country (ex. Portugal ).

And i want to set up a fix shipping cost for all europe countries and a fix shipping cost for all other non U.E countries.

I don't want to calculate shipping over weight and size, thats not necessary. I just want to have fix costs for each different shipping.

Can anyone give me hand?

Thanks alot in advance.

You can use the weight based shipping. Set up your zones - portugal, Europe, Rest of World. In the weight shipping extension, add your zones/rates with a high weight like 999.

Doesn't matter, it will still work. You can edit the language files to change the references to weight and the templte to remove any other references.

The fact that you don't add a weight to the product does not matter, every product can have a zero weight. Add 999:5 (incase you accidentlly add a weight to a product) to the rate field of the Shipping zone and that essentially gives you a flat rate of 5 which is what you wanted. Do the same for the other shipping zones.
Job done.

My problem is not create this prices.

System > Settings > Geozones > Insert button

Geo Zone name: Europe
Description: Europe Shipping

Click Add geo Zone button then add county - repeat until you have filled in all the countries you want to ship to Europe.

Repeat Above, call it World Wide Shipping.

Go to Extensions > Shipping > Weight and add the zones, make sure you set them to enabled and then add the shipping cost of 999:5 in the rates box - change the 5 to whatever it is you want to charge.
