[RELEASED] Specific Quantity Sales

Replaces the quantity input field with a drop down.

Places 2 new fields in the admin area;
Maximum, the highest number that will be displayed in the drop down
Increment, the increment at which the drop down quantities should increase.

Example,
If you were to use values;
Maximum = 50
Minimum = 20
Increment = 10

You would have a quantity drop down with the following values; 20, 30, 40, 50
Forcing the customer to purchase in those quantities.

Can be applied on a per product basis.
