Why doesn't UPS ground option show in checkout?

UPS comes up and lists the weight, but will not list "Ground" as an option. 2nd day and overnight works, but not ground.

Sorry, just got the answer. Stumbled onto it myself. It didn't like that I had set it up for "Letter Center" in my shipping settings. Once I changed that I'm good to go.
