UPS showing $0.00 (v.1.5) - divide by 0 error

Hello,

I have a problem with a website I am working on - although the proper fee is listed when choosing a shipping method the actual amount charged is $0.00.

EDIT:
I am getting this error appearing during Step4:Delivery Method (see image1 below)

(Note: I added the dashes)

Has anyone seen this before? Anyone have any ideas?

You've disabled the shipping order total in Extensions->Order total in admin

I checked that just now and it is enabled.

Shipping Estimator: Enabled
Status: Enabled
Sort Order: 3

Anything else that could be doing this?

I added an edit; anyone have any insights on the divide by zero problem?
