How To Upgrade 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.3 Without Losing Custom Settin

Hello,

What is the best way for me to upgrade from 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.3 without losing my custom settings, non-default theme, modules, etc.

Is there only certain files I should upload and replace?
