OpenCart Community

I have set up my website to sell t-shirts. For each product i have created some options (sizes) by going to
Catalog --> Product --> Options --> created an option called 'Size' and then have few option values like Small, Medium etc.

I can see these options for my product in the webpage and also in the shopping cart. However once a customer places an order and I check the order invoice in Sales --> order -->Product , i can see only the product name & ID but not the Size (product option).

Has anyone faced this issue? Please help. Thanks

I use open cart version 1.4.9.3

I am facing the same issue with the same version of Opencart. There are a few threads here that address this but nobody has posted an answer, from what Ive found.
It seems that Opencart isnt posting the "option" information to the database, or something.
Can anybody help?

I have only tested on 1.4.9.6 and it seems to work fine on there.

Possibly it is a bug on earlier versions that was fixed.

Couldn't see anything from the changlelog though

Having the same problem.

Anyone was able to fix that?
