We've been using an old version of Open Cart for a couple of years. Needed another version for a new project so installed the 1.5 version.

Bloody marvelous lads, really, well done.

Not only is there more functionality but everything looks cooler and better and works cooler and better and i'm really rather pleased and impressed. Many thanks and congrats.

By the way.. how did you manage to migrate..
Did you find any issues. was it easy..
I want to migrate too..

I didn't migrate, it was a fresh install. sorry

You can try to migrate the way I did - with this service: http://www.shopping-cart-migration.com/ ... 7-opencart
make a fresh install, and then move your database from the old one. The process is very quick and it is automated, so nothing is difficult - you just register here https://app.shopping-cart-migration.com/#register
and then choose what you need to migrate. If you don't have much items it will take you less then an hour (telling from my experience). there were no major issues, except template and customer passwords were not migrated. but this is easily managed.
