Howto Change COD Name

How do I change the COD Name and settings.

I basically does what I want.
But I want it to show "Invoice Payment" Everywhere...As payment Type, Showing up on Emailed invoices, etc. I don't want them seeing the name COD

/catalog/language/english/extension/payment/cod.php

change it in there .. it will cascade throughout the store
