Lets say customer have either 1 of the discount features (rewards, GV, DC) and decided to use it.

E.g.

Customer have total 1000 rewards points..

At shopping cart, Customer entered 100 rewards points and the price refreshed with discounted price.

After that customer decided not to use the points but want to pay the fund in full. How can the customer remove the rewards points?

I tried removing it by entering 0. It doesnt works.. The problem same goes to GV and DC. how can customer remove the code if not decided to use it.

because once checkout, the discount are applied.

I play around, the only way to do it is to clear customer browser cache. But not every customer are smart enough to know this. therefore is there any features or module that can remove those discount codes?

I understand what you are saying, but I can't honestly think of a scenario where a customer would choose to pay for goods when they have a GV, Dc or Rewards points to use instead or as part payment.

I think you are over thinking this.

Actually problem is more on rewards points.

Some customers may input like 100points but in the end thought of consolidate for future purchase. Therefore want to remove the 100pts.

I understand GV and DC they will definitely use it as there's a time period for it.

have you tried entering -100 in the points box ?

ok.. found the solution..

type "-" in the box it shld remove the points.
