Shipping by date and time for location of delivery route

Hi All,

Ok I have a challenge for the shipping modules.

What i need is a shipping module that will allow customers to pick a date for delivery (min 2 days in advance) and pick a time for delivery dependent on postcode.

This is for a company delivering their products locally and they wish to deliver to set areas during the day.

I have searched the forums and the modules I found one that would allow the date to be set but nothing for delivery by area, if i have missed something in my research please point me int he right direction.
