1 - I want to make the take off the requirement to write phone number (At least not to be 'stared' as a must)

2 - Take off the Fax number (Who uses this at all? )

3 - Newsletter - I want the default to be YES (Now the default is NO)


I can't find how to change those in the admin panel..

You can't do via admin. Some code changes are necessary, in controller and template files. It is not difficult but several changes to several files are needed
