Checkout error - Help!

Hello, Well I tested my site by clicking on add to cart and when I registered a new account I tried logging in but it gave me this error: Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.

Any suggestions?

possible incorrectly typed password (missing character - case sensitivity etc)
