Worldpay missing orders

I'm on Version 1.4.9.6, when paying with WorldPay, my payment goes through but all orders go in as missing. I've been told it could be the callback URL.

Can someone please confirm this is correct?

I have this set in OpenCart and WorldPay admin.

Really appreciate any advice.

i've done the same thing with the 'call back' url, but it seems still have all orders missing in the report (backend).

there must something needs to be configure.
