Error during checkout when shipping needed

Hi,
on localhost server
I got this message on checkout when a product for shipping is in the basket,
Error: Could not load model shipping/zone! and
on Host side when I try to Log in or checkout I get this:
Fatal error: Class 'Controlleraccountlogin' not found in E:\hosting\member\portraitspas\Opencart\system\engine\front.php on line 39
