Disabling caching doesn't actually disable caching

I've disabled caching bc im in the middle of working on a few custom modules and to see some changes i was having to log in/out to see the changes. Its not my browser caching the page, so why is stuff still being cached even w/ it disabled?

(as a note, the only thing its caching after being disabled is things like the language files, currency etc, however thats some of what im working on, is there anyway to disable caching on stuff like that?)

Your right. I should remove the setting.
