For some strange reason there seems to be an amount limit for gift cards (why would you want to limit the amount of money a customer spends???).

As far as I can see it is not possible to alter this in the admin console (if it is, pls let me know!).
Are there anyone out there who has already removed this amount limit and has a vqmod-file for me?

(or do I have to do it myself?)

Never mind, this was actually pretty easy to do. If anyone else should want the same feature, a vqmod-file is attached. This file will alter the maximum amount form 1k to 20k.

Remember to also modify the appropriate language files with new limit values.

Thank you very much. I will be sure to use your code to fix the upper limit for my customers with stores in countries where 1000 units of currency is too small to be of any real use as a gift voucher, like Hong Kong (about USD130) and Japan (about USD13).

Thanks to you, version 1.5 is much closer to being a workable solution.
