Create an Account Template

I need template help for version 0.7x please. At the end of my Create an Account page, there is an
area with: a blank white box - then it says Terms & Conditions - then another blank white box and then a Continue button.
I want to remove the two blank white boxes and the words Terms & Conditions but keep the continue button.
