Flat rate + Fedex Shipping Module

Is it possible to run both and only use flat rate on a select few items and the rest of the items run by weight with the FedEx module? BTW I am running theqdomain module.

In 1.4.9.6 I added a product filter to the flat rate extension that will allow this. But this had not been ported to 15x yet. I will try to get it into 152

That would be great, currently running Version 1.5.0. Will this be a separate module you designed?

So there is no way for me to use the fedex rates and for certain items that I want to have free shipping on there is no way to do this? Figure just add the cost of the flat rate shipping in the item price and offer free shipping on that item
