Developer needed to create an ebay api

I need a developer who is willing to create an ebay api for feedback and listing items on my website from ebay. I want the products from ebay on my website using user id. I want my subscribers to be able to upload all their products onto my website. Please help! Am new at this and need assistance. Thanks
