So after browsing the forums for an hour I cant seem to find the right answer.

Im using the newest opencart, using the integrated UPS shipping module. When i do a mock shipping estimate for a 1lb item UPS ground is $10.81. According to the UPS charts it should be 5-6 bux.( Something 10lbs is in the $10 range. )

Is there a script moving a decimal point over one place.?
Has anyone ran into this problem before?
Im afraid of losing sales through high shipping costs..

i contacted UPS and they wanna see the "complete XML request and response files associated with the error" and i dont know how to give that to them..

1.5.x doesn't have all the latest bug fixes I made in 1.4.9.x for UPS and USPS. Additionally the 1.4.9.x versions also have a debug mode that logs the full xml data. I will work on porting these to 1.5.x and they should solve the issue.. or at the very least give the xml you need
