Undefined variable: paypal_confirm in paypal.tpl

Fresh v1.2.6 install. First time using this product for me. Getting error upon installing and editing the Paypal module. Please see attached image. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! O0

try to delete DB and reupload files, cause it's working 100% :)
