Is OpenCart mobile friendly?

Could anybody here ensure me that OpenCart would be mobile friendly? Because my clients are mostly iPhone and Blackberry users. Is it need an additional plugin to do this?.

an old client recently checked whether his new site worked on his iphone, it did.

Although as far as im aware iphones can not handle any flash, so it all depends how you populate content on your website as to what will or wont work.

I cant promise you anything, i can only tell you of my expierences

Although OpenCart can be viewed sucessfully in a mobile browser, if your customers are goin to be viewing from a mobile device then you should think about creating a mobile template to make navigating easier on small screens.

May be a silly question, but how does the Website know if its being loaded on a Mobile, table or PC? is this a setup through the vQmod or somethinng??

I think you should require to extension in your mobile for converting Opencart templates in mobile friendly. So we can say,opencart is mobile friendly.
