Downloads: File Not Found & Downloads Options Missing

Hi,
I have two problems. The first is that any purchased downloads(MP3's) give the error "page not found" when you try to download them from "Downloads" under "My Account". These's MP3's are between 70mb and 264Mb, now I understand that there is a limit set somewhere(php.ini I believe). Although when I try to download the files directly they download with no problem. I would try to change the php.ini file, but I would need to restart the server and this is something I can't do, my host would need to do it.

Is this actually a limit of my host or is there a limit setting elsewhere?

The second problem is that I seem to be missing the "Download Order Status" option in my system settings. Therefore when ever someone purchases a download I need to manually set it to "completed" for it to appear in their downloads area.

I'm using OpenCart v1.5.1. All folder permissions are correct. I am using the Download Auto-Insert addon as I am unable to upload large files via HTTP.

in 1.5.x it's called complete order status not download order status.

I am having the same problem.

Other files are OK except this large one - about 85Mb.

I also used the Auto Insert extension. Could be $10 wasted!

Did you find a way around it?? A solution?
