Hi maybe it's mine fault..cause it worked, but now any settings in admin saved... default country, city, cache...and other stuff - i change it but it doesn't save... config.php are writable..

As i see in DB -it have settings, but admin interface doesn't reflect them..

and now it even doesn't write settings to DB...what it can be? i modified some template files but not admin...

Check all pages for errors
Especially the last page asking for a filename for the error log
If it gives an error on any of the pages it wont actually save, and it wont tell you either
So if you don't see that note about successfully making the change then its not saved

I had the same problem.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Install opencart;
2. Copy localisation files (in my case - russian);
3. Add russian language in administration panel;
4. Go to Configuration > Settings > Local and change language to russian. Changes are not saved.
5. Some magic: change "Welcome message" for russian language (it was empty). Changes are saved, and now it all works, even if I change "Welcome message" to an empty string again.

I think it is connected with some database problem, but I'm not sure.

I have told the people the fix for this many times.

you could also re-download the latest version with the fix in.

the problem is that you ar not enterign a welcome message and no error is being displayed.

enter a welcome message and it will save!
