Hiya Rob,

I had this problem back in 1.4.x, if you do a search for admin password / reset it would come up with

I have not tried this with 1.5.1.x though...

If you know your password already, then go to system>users>users
edit your admin user and enter a new password.

Alternatively if you can't get the password reset tool to work let me know and I'll give you some database code to update the password.
