Upgrade Problem from 1.5.0.5 to 1.5.1.1

Plz Some one help me im trying to upgrade from 1.5.0.5 to 1.5.1.1 and when i copy all the files and go to
www.mysite.com/install/upgrade.php
I get this error

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DIR_SYSTEMstartup.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /home/mbi0/public_html/ocart/install/upgrade.php on line 12
Plz cn anyone help me with this, i have checked out the folder system inside my ocart folder and the file startup.php its inside of it, i dont know where the error might be.

Looks like you didn't backup your config files before doing the update. Subsequently, they've been overwritten. If you did make backups of your config files, put these back into place (with the correct names, of course).

Ok thanks alot, i did made the upgrade finally but now i got this on my header and some stuff its not showwing like banners and so
on header i get this code

Ok sorry for doble post but i must say how i solved this, i just uninstalled and reconfigured all modules and it worked like a charm
