Order totals not right

The Order Totals do not seem to be adding up correctly in the Shopping Cart (using 1.5.1)


In the Shopping cart there is 1 item = £4.99
Low Order Fee = £1.00
Handling = £1.00
That adds up to £7.99 .


But when I go to pay with Paypal it Displays (and will charge for) the following:

Total £9.99 GBP

It is now charging an additional £2.00 Postage and packing loading! Where did that come from? What am I missing please?

Those are probably from your PayPal shipping settings. Check and make sure all shipping rates are disabled and/or removed in PayPal.

If this is a 1.5.x version, there seems to be a bug with the discount code that was working fine in 1.4.x
I will have to look at it.
