cURL is not ON

I'm sorry, i am new for opencart.
I have one problem here (this is my first problem) before i can move on the rest of my opencart first installation.
The problem is : cURL is not ON. I have attach the screenshot below. I'm using WAMP for local server. I like it most than XAMPP.
Everybody help me please.

I quote the tutorial that i'm found from google. I have followed and its works . Here we go :

1. Close WAMP (if running)
2. Navigate to WAMP\bin\php\(your version of php)\
3. edit php.ini
4. Search for curl, uncomment extension=php_curl.dll
5. Navigate to WAMP\bin\Apache\(your version of apache)\bin\
6. edit php.ini
7. Search for curl, uncomment extension=php_curl.dll
8. Save both
9. Restart WAMP

That will solve your Curl issues.
Hope this will help opencart new comer if face the same problem like me.

sorry, I am new for opencart, when i am installing opencart I am getting error in curl, Curl file is not on but i follow the steps to on php_curl.dll file, I enabled the file.(uncomment) Then restart wamp server. But again i am getting off.
please tell me what should i do.
