Any Hosting Recommendations/ Requirements

First i would like to say thank you very much for opencart

I am looking at now hosting opencart v1.x is there any specific requirements that my hosting should have?

I currently have websites with fasthosts windows developer package, are they sufficient?

I have been with BlueHost for 4 years and love em. I use them for all my web sites plus all my client's web sites. They have a great package for the best available price, plus a simple-to-use cPanel.
