Stock Management

Hello

We are completely new to Open Cart and are currently evaluating its features before recommendation. We have a customer who requires the following feature to his ecommerce platform

When stock = predefined low level amount > generate report and email order to supplier to automatic stock replenishment

When stock - predefined low level > change product thumbnail image to show "Limited Stock" banner then when Out of Stock an "out of stock" banner

Is there any module or feature in Open Cart?

We have this currently working in a virtuemart installation but are looking at a faster platform to offer ecommerce solutions

no it's not part of the core nor do I know of any modules written to do this, but a custom modification could be done.

Hmm, anyone fancy quoting for this addon as a sub contract to project? Save us breaking the code down and developing from scratch?
