How do I add information under 'Extras' and edit existing?

I want to add a page under the 'Extras' header in the footer, that explains reward points to my customers.
I also want to edit the affiliate information page so that it doesn't say:
For more information, visit our FAQ page or see our Affiliate terms & conditions.

edit the footer.tpl and add the link. There is no way to do it from the admin.

I can add the link manually but then it will appear under both headers

Don't worry I'll just have to have it under information instead.
I was saying... if I made the information page and then linked it under extras using footer.tpl, it wouldn't just appear under extras it would also appear under the information header by default.
But nevermind now.

Just put -1 for sort order under Information .. and it will only appear under 'Extras' header!
