OpenCart 1.5.0.5 Voucher Email wrong template?

Voucher Email seems to be taking a wrong template

There is .tpl for this email under:
catalog/view/theme/default/template/mail/voucher.tpl


However any changes to this file won't take effect to actual Voucher Email.


Is this a bug or I'm just missing something?

Im having the same problem, any ideas?
using 1.5.1.1

found it..

admin\view\template\mail\voucher.tpl

instead of

catalog\view\theme\default\emplate\mail\voucher.tpl
