[Been searching Google and the OC forum since Friday, 7/1 and I can't find an answer]

Seems like it only occurs when the customer has an "unconfirmed" address. Other than that, the process is automated.

Can someone verify this? Or are my settings off?

You have your transaction mode set to "Auth" instead of "Sale" in the admin configuration. Sale will process immediately and automatically

Thanks, Q. But my transaction method has been set to "Sale".

Any other ideas?
