[RELEASED] Invisible Test Payment Gateway

This mod provides an always on testing gateway that is visible only to the administrator when logged in.
Provides a quick and easy method for checking that orders are being processed correctly without having to go through an actual payment gateway or having an active offline payment gateway (eg cheque / COD) visible to and selectable by your customers.
