How to change links of Information tab?

Hi,
How can we edit/update the link of titles that are created under Information tab ?
It creats its own page and link in template. I am not using that created page and link, instead i am trying to set different link of different website to its tabs.
how can i do that?
how to change that link?

If you're using 1.5.x then you should take a look at /catalog/controller/common/footer.php

I understand changing the controller and common footers. I've done that b/c I want to add Resources as the last link in the Extras column. However, the display text says text_Resources. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've edited the php in controller and both the common footers for the default theme and the one I'm using, Gentle. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Check your language files to translate that text 'text_resources' to the one you want.
